Pro bono legal support for organisations working in the environment/green sectors

Reed Smith, the international commercial law firm, are offering pro bono legal support to non-profit organisations working in the environment/green sectors.

Support available

Reed Smith’s Environmental Working Group could potentially offer pro bono legal support in one of the following areas:

  • Research tasks: desk-based legal research to support your organisation’s activities.
  • Policy work: assistance with desk-based policy work, such as drafting model laws and clauses, analysing and comparing environmental laws and regulations in different jurisdictions, and preparing reports to support your policy work.
  • Commercial legal advice: providing commercial legal advice within our areas of expertise, as given above (for example, drafting terms and conditions, drafting privacy notices, advising on commercial contracts, reviewing your lease etc.).

Reed Smith are also happy to discuss other legal support if you have a request that falls outside the above.

Areas of expertise include: corporate and commercial contracts, commercial disputes, energy and natural resources, employment, entertainment and media, finance, intellectual property, data protection, real estate, tax, transportation.
